Payment option

Payment Terms
To secure your custom project, a 50% deposit is required on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is payable once your piece is fully completed and ready for delivery or pickup. This ensures clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

IMPORTANT

All appointments require a reservation in advance. To ensure a seamless experience, we confirm all bookings 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

If a confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Clients will be required to reschedule, and a new deposit may be requested to secure the new booking.

The same policy applies to no-shows. This ensures that our time and resources are respected, allowing us to continue providing exceptional, personalized service to every client.
